•    Indulge in whole products as compared to refined and over processed foods such as white bread, pasta etc. 
•    Pay attention to how much physically active you are. Try to take up as much as physical activities you can. 
•    Always drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated. 
•    Do not skip the most important meal of your day, i.e. breakfast.
